Making sparkling apple juice

As with its other products such as apple juice and cider, sparkling apple juice is made by JDLO, part of the "Les amis de Juliet®" association. 

The production process begins with apple pressing. JDLO is equipped with a belt press that can extract between 70% and 85% juice. The speed and height of the pulp are managed to optimize the quantity of juice.

Next comes the preparation of sparkling apple juice. After pressing, the juice is enzymed and filtered. This allows you to choose the turbidity of your juice. We arrive at the preparation workshop, where the recipe for sparkling apple juice is created.

This is now the gasification stage, with the addition of dietary CO2. Several sparkling characteristics are taken into account, such as density, turbidity and Brix value.

After all these stages, the sparkling apple juice is cold-drawn, so it is not heated before bottling. Next comes the pasteurization stage, which is carried out slowly to ensure that the flavors are best restored. The cold-pressing technique preserves all the taste properties of sparkling apple juice. 

Finally, the bottles are labelled and dressed in Juliet® colors.

Our Juliet® sparkling apple juice is available in 27.5 cl and 75 cl bottles.
Before opening, it can be kept for up to 24 months at room temperature, preferably protected from light. Once opened, it can be stored in a cold place and consumed within 5 days.
