Organic apple cider production
To make Juliet® organic apple cider, there are several steps to follow. First of all, the Juliet® apples are received at the cider-making site. They are then washed and crushed. When it's done, the Juliet® apples will spend 1 hour in a macerator to fortify its aromas. Next comes the pressing stage, when the apples are pressed to extract the juice. The juice then macerates for around ten days. Fermentation is the next step, which transforms the sugar into alcohol.
Fermentation is a crucial stage where the natural sugar in the apples is transformed into alcohol, giving rise to cider. This transformation is carefully controlled to ensure the stability and quality of the final product.
Finally, once Juliet® cider has been bottled, the bottles are pasteurized, labeled and finally transported to their destination.
