The Juliet® Semi-dry French organic apple cider 2.5%, with its lightly sweet and balanced taste, will be the perfect accompaniment to your everyday culinary creations. It will enhance your desserts, be they fruity or chocolaty, as well as your poultry and fish dishes.
The Juliet® Dry French organic apple cider (4.5%) is fermented for considerably longer than the semi-dry, which gives it a less sweet and subtly more characteristic taste. It pairs well with desserts as well as with shellfish, red and white meats.
Either Dry or Semi-dry, these French-grown Juliet® ciders with their fine bubbles, are a nice way to celebrate your best meals but also, and above all, your most beautiful moments.
Because making cider is a complicated process, producers don’t use just any type of apple in its preparation... The Juliet® variety stands out and lends all its characteristics perfectly to the preparation of this drink. 100% French-grown and 100% organic, Juliet® apple ciders are an excellent way to experience the taste of a quality apple cider.
Organic apple cider production
To make Juliet® organic apple cider, there are several steps to follow. First of all, the Juliet® apples are received at the cider-making site. They are then washed and crushed. When it's done, the Juliet® apples will spend 1 hour in a macerator to fortify its aromas. Next comes the pressing stage, when the apples are pressed to extract the juice. The juice then macerates for around ten days. Fermentation is the next step, which transforms the sugar into alcohol. Finally, once Juliet® cider has been bottled, the bottles are pasteurized, labeled and finally transported to their destination.
Organic brut and semi-dry apple cider

We offer our organic apple ciders in 75 cl glass bottles. They are champagne-style, corked and muzzled.
