How Juliet® pure organic apple juice is made
Juliet® organic apple juice is made by JDLO, one of the Juliet® producers. To create the best possible juice, a number of steps must be followed to the letter. Its production calls on a wide range of skills, without which Juliet® pure apple juice wouldn't have such a distinctive taste.
First of all, there's the pressing, which extracts the juice from the Juliet® apple perfectly. JDLO is equipped with a belt press capable of extracting up to 85% juice.
Next comes filtration, which produces a stable beverage. From there, you can choose a more or less cloudy juice. It's this choice that has given Juliet® pure apple juice its distinctive color.
Finally, there's the bottling stage, when the juice is cold-drawn. As a result, Juliet® pure apple juice is not heated during bottling. Moreover, all the qualities of Juliet® apples, especially in terms of flavor, are preserved. This cold pressing avoids a cooked fruit taste that can alter the apple's true flavor.
Juliet® organic pure apple juice with NO SUGAR ADDED
Juliet® organic apple juice has no added sugar, but what does that really mean ?
