Does organic alcohol-free apple cider exist ?
What is apple cider ?
Cider is an alcoholic beverage much appreciated for its taste qualities. It is produced by the natural fermentation of apple juice. Its alcohol content varies between 3% and 5%. Cider is popular in many countries, including France, England, Germany and Ireland. It's thanks to fermentation that we can obtain different types of cider, such as sweet, brut or demi-sec.
Pomme Juliet® has thought of everything, offering you organic brut (4.50%) and demi-sec (2.5%) apple cider. 100% French and 100% organic for your enjoyment.
What is alcohol-free apple cider ?
Alcohol-free apple cider is more commonly known as sparkling apple juice. It's alcohol-free because, although the same cider apples are used, there's no fermentation. This prevents the sugar from being converted into alcohol.
To make it, the apples are mixed, crushed and pressed. Next, the sparkling apple juice or alcohol-free cider is pasteurized and carbonated. Alcohol-free cider is a refreshing, gourmet alternative for those who don't want to drink alcohol.
Which non-alcoholic cider to choose ?
If you want your taste buds to sparkle without moderation, let yourself be tempted by our 100% organic sparkling juice. All the apples you'll find in this non-alcoholic cider are grown by French producers. Enjoy it on any occasion, as a dessert, an aperitif, or at Candlemas with delicious crêpes.
