Juliet® Organic Apple Juices are produced by JDLO, which is also one of the producers of Juliet®. To create the best possible juice, numerous steps must be followed to the letter. Its production requires a variety of skills; without them, Juliet® Organic Pure Apple Juice would not have such a distinctive taste.
First, there is the pressing process, which ensures that the juice is perfectly extracted from the Juliet® apple. JDLO is equipped with a belt press capable of extracting up to 85% of the juice.
Next comes filtration, which produces what is known as a “stable” beverage. At this stage, it’s possible to choose a juice that is more or less cloudy. It is this choice that gives Juliet® pure apple juice its unique color.
Finally, the juice is bottled using a cold-fill process. Thanks to this, Juliet® Organic Pure Apple Juice is not heated during bottling. Furthermore, all the qualities of the Juliet® apple—particularly its flavor—are preserved. This cold-filling process prevents the development of a cooked fruit taste that can alter the apple’s true flavor.
Juliet® Organic Pure Apple Juice has no added sugar, but what does that really mean?
