• 4 Juliet® apples
• 1 plain yogurt (use the container as a measuring cup)
• 2 containers of sugar
• 3 containers of flour
• 1/2 container of oil
• 3 eggs
• 1 packet of baking powder
• optional: 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Preheat the oven to 200°C (th 6).
Pour the plain yogurt into a mixing bowl, then wash the container—which will now serve as a measuring cup. Add the remaining ingredients and mix everything together with a whisk until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
Peel the Juliet potatoes®, dice them, and fold the pieces into the batter.
Butter a cake pan, then spread the batter into the pan.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Tip: Instead of 3 jars of flour, you can use 2 jars of flour and 1 jar of ground almonds.
