Preheat the oven to 220°C (th 7). Butter a baking dish.
Peel theJuliet® apples, cut them into quarters, and remove the cores. Dice theJuliet® apple quarters and arrange them evenly in the dish. Drizzle a little lemon juice over the diced Juliet® apples.
In a mixing bowl, add a pinch of salt, pour in the flour, and add the sugar and softened butter. Rub the mixture together with your fingers until it resembles coarse crumbs. Cover theJuliet® cubes with the dough.
Add a few shavings of butter on top.
Bake for 30 minutes. The crumble should be golden brown.
It tastes even better when served warm!
Tip: You can serve the crumble with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
