What is apple cider?
Cider is an alcoholic beverage highly prized for its flavor. It is produced through the natural fermentation of apple juice. Its alcohol content ranges from 3% to 5%. Cider is enjoyed in many countries, including France, England, Germany, and Ireland. It is through fermentation that we can produce different types of cider, such as sweet, dry, or semi-dry.
Pomme Juliet® has thought of everything by offering you organic dry (4.50%) and semi-dry (2.5%) apple cider. 100% French and 100% organic for your enjoyment.
What is non-alcoholic apple cider?
Non-alcoholic apple cider is more commonly known as sparkling apple juice. It is non-alcoholic because, although the same cider apples are used, there is no fermentation. This absence of fermentation prevents the sugar from being converted into alcohol.
To make it, the apples are mixed, crushed, and pressed. Then, the sparkling apple juice or non-alcoholic cider is pasteurized and carbonated.
Non-alcoholic cider is therefore a delicious and refreshing alternative for those who don’t want to drink alcohol.
