• 1 Juliet® apple
• 200 ml of milk (vegetal or animal)
• 60 g of oatmeal for porridge
• A handful of chopped walnuts
• 2 cinnamon sticks
• Maple syrup
In a saucepan, mix the oatmeal and the milk. Add the cinnamon sticks and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
Stir regularly, so that the porridge does not burn.
Turn off the heat when the texture of the porridge is to your liking and cover.
Peel and cut the apple into small chunks.
Transfer the porridge into small bowls, and add apple chunks and some walnuts to the top of the porridge.
Drizzle with maple syrup.
